This is a used Raytheon Model: Ray 45 that worked when I removed it from my boat last week. It is missing one if the knobs for the tilt adjustment. I think I have seen similar knobs at Lowes

Here we have a Raytheon Raymarine RAY220 VHF loud hailer.
